Great Smokies Inn

We checked in yesterday and I have been surprised by the appearance and cleanliness of the facility. The room is very nice and clean. Everything is in order. One thing i really like about the room is its accessibility to parking. The car is literally outside the room. No struggles in getting the luggage to the room. The bed is so comfortable. You melt right in. It's comparable to a Best Western. I feel safe and it's quite. I would like it even better if they offered free continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the rooms dark for sleeping. In my opinion the price was maybe just a bit high, but can't complain overall. Wonderful spot to drop / grab a rest day if you're coming off the trail like I was. They also have laundry on site.

Cannot say enough good things about this quaint motel. The employees are super friendly. They might not always have this available, but they gave goodie bags to my littles upon arrival. Rooms were immaculate. I did notice the smell of smoke in my room but they quickly came and treated the room with some sort of ozone device that completely took the smell away. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available 24/7 in the lobby as well as a coffee maker in the room. Room also had decent sized microwave and mini fridge. The mini fridge is bigger than some others I've come across in my travels!

I dont usually leave reviews for hotels. Most of the time hotel reviews are useless as people nitpic about the most trivial things. All I wanna know is if they are clean and in good area. Now about this motel, it is amazing!! Maybe the cleanest I've ever stayed in. As clean as anf Hyatt or Hilton. Very clean, nice quiet area and very nice front desk. What more do you want? Highly recommend this motel. It don't get any better.

This motel is a sweet find. Everyone at the front desk was nice. They had coffee and tea available in the lobby and pots in the room. Room was clean and recent carpeting it seemed. Nice pool but we didn't get to use it. Also very quiet. It's certainly not the Ritz but for the price it's awesome

We had a great experience here after a very stressful travel hiccup. Our return from a show at the casino to Gatlinburg was unexpectedly interrupted due to the mountain being closed late at night, and Great Smokies Inn was able to accommodate a last-minute reservation without hesitation. The woman who helped us was incredibly kind — exactly what we needed after a long night. The room itself was nicely updated and exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, making it easy to relax and finally get some much-needed rest. We were so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend, especially if you value cleanliness, comfort, and genuinely caring staff.

This hotel surpassed my expectations, extremely clean, extra helpful and friendly staff, great location, quiet, and the bed was surprisingly VERY comfortable. Such a great hotel, highly recommend, if we return to cherokee, we'll definitely be back!!

Stayed here with our band Club Rewind while doing a New Year's Eve show at Harrah's Cherokee Casino. Very clean room, very comfortable bed, all the amenities needed were included. Plan on staying there again. Definitely recommend this place!
